This is the first investment of “Hat Technology Fund 5”, the new Private Equity fund managed by HAT, focused on the megatrend of technology.
The acquisition has been made as a co-investment of HAT and TXT e-solutions, company listed on Euronext STAR of Borsa Italiana (ticker: TXT.MI), to support the business growth and development of Webgenesys, strengthening the market positioning as digital innovator for the Public Administration.
Webgenesys – with 2024 expected revenues equal to € 37 millions, an yearly growth of 33% during last five years and strong growth expectations for the period 2025-2028, thanks to more than € 200 millions of public tenders already won and a backlog of orders – represents the ideal target company for “Hat Technology Fund 5”
