HAT sells Italian MedTech company Burke & Burke to Palex Medical (Fremman Capital).

After supporting the management in a growth journey aimed at strengthening the company’s positioning and supporting its development plans, HAT achieves an IRR of 55% and a return of 2.5x the invested capital for its investors in just over two years.
