HAT Sgr continues to expand in the Italian Private Equity sector with the addition of new senior professionals.

In the investment team, Adriano Adriani joins as Investment Director, bringing expertise in M&A, and Francesca Giletta joins as Investment Associate, with a background in corporate finance and business process reengineering. In the Private Equity area, two new members have been appointed to the Board of Directors of the HAT Sicaf fund: Vincenzo Busto and Carlotta Pontecorvo.
