Private Equity: HAT acquires 30% of Safety21 for €6 million

Supported by EY as financial advisor, the private equity holding company HAT, led by Nino Attanasio and Ignazio Castiglioni, has acquired a 30% stake in Safety21, a technology services company aimed at improving road safety standards.
