Safety21 S.p.A., an Italian software provider and leader in the Smart Road and Smart City sectors, announces the completion of the acquisition of 100% of the capital of Velocar S.r.l. (“Velocar”), an Italian company dedicated for over twenty years to the design of software and IoT for road safety.
Founded in the early 2000s in Castiglione delle Stiviere, Velocar develops highly innovative products and services dedicated to road safety. Thanks to its continuous success, Velocar now boasts an extensive installed base of detection devices and a deeply widespread operational and intervention capacity throughout the national territory.
