Senior Analyst
Alessandra is a Senior Analyst on the investment team at HAT SGR, where she has gained experience in Buyout and Expansion Capital transactions across various sectors within the Technology industry, including ICT, Automation & Robotics, and Martech. She has been part of the investment team during the completion of Texor S.r.l. deal, finalized in March 2024, and the Webgenesys S.p.A. deal, finalized in November 2024.
She joined HAT in March 2023.
Before joining HAT, she was part of the Audit team at KPMG in Milan. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Business Administration from Bocconi University in Milan, as well as a Master’s degree in Accounting, Financial Management, and Control from Bocconi University. As part of her studies, she also participated in a program with the University of Washington in Seattle.
