Giorgio has 30+ years of experience in corporate valuation, corporate finance, and advisory services. He specializes in assessing equity stakes, business units, and intangible assets. Giorgio has provided critical support to numerous companies, including publicly traded entities, by conducting impairment tests compliant with IAS 36. Additionally, he holds positions as a Director in various firms such as Humanitas University. Giorgio also contributes as a member of Compliance Boards in accordance with Legislative Decree 231/01. Furthermore, he serves as a Corporate Valuation professor for the Department of Economic Sciences at the University of Pavia.
