Associate
Manuela joined HAT SGR as Associate in 2026, where she focuses on the execution of Buyout and Expansion Capital transactions and supports the monitoring of portfolio companies. Prior to HAT, she focused on Technology sector transactions in private equity (Xenon) and in M&A advisory (Klecha & Co.). Manuela holds a Master’s degree in Corporate Finance from LUISS Guido Carli University and began her career at Move Capital, a Paris-based Growth Equity fund.
