Marco is a partner of HAT SGR focused on deal sourcing and deal structuring. Marco has a consolidated experience in digital transformation, private equity, and strategic-business due diligence.
Marco is a founding partner of Long Term Partners, an Italian management consulting firm, merged into OC&C Strategy Consultants. Previously he held the position of Senior Partner at Bain & Company (from 1989 to 2012) and the role of Board Member of Bain & Co Worldwide (from 1997 to 2000). He has also been Partner at McKinsey & Co.
Marco achieved the Bachelor’s Degree in mechanical engineering at Politecnico di Milano and the MBA at Insead Business School.
