Independent Board Member
Simona has been a Standing Auditor of BFF Bank S.p.A since April 2024, a company listed on the Italian Stock Exchange, Euronext segment.
Since April 2023, she has been an Independent Director of Eurotech S.p.A, a company listed on the Italian Stock Exchange, Star segment. In this role, she also serves as the Chair of the Nominations and Remunerations Committee, and as a member of the Control and Risks Committee and the Related Parties Committee.
Since 2015, she has been working in the Wealth Management sector and from 2017 to 2019, she held the role of Independent Director of Cerved Group S.p.A..
From 1992 to 2015, Simona worked in roles of increasing responsibility in the fields of legal, compliance, and corporate governance for multinational companies, generally listed and operating in highly regulated environments. In particular, she has significant experience in reorganizations, development activities, and consolidations (such as M&A, IPOs, and delistings) both nationally and internationally. Simona has also managed relations with Investors, Shareholders, and Regulatory Authorities.
