Corporate Affairs
Virginia oversees Legal and Corporate Affairs. She gained significant experience in the Legal and Compliance departments of several banks in New York, with a focus on conflicts of interest, policy governance and regulatory management. She obtained her Masters degree in International Business and Trade Law (LL.M.) from Fordham University in 2014 and passed the New York bar exam in 2015. Virginia obtained her law degree from “Università degli Studi di Roma Tre”.
